Bernie Haffey

Following a successful executive management career, which included EVP and Chief Commercial Officer roles at Summit Technology, Inc. and Intralase Corp., and President and CEO roles at NDO Surgical, Inc. and Nexis Vision, Inc., Mr. Haffey founded Haffey & Co. (formerly 2020 Management Consulting) to help organizations adopt the High Performance Management System (HPMS). Mr. Haffey has been operating through the HPMS framework for more than 20 years and has assisted over 25 organizations in its successful implementation. Mr. Haffey earned his BA from Colgate University and his MBA from Cornell University.
