Adit Ghosh

Adit is a venture capital investor on NEA’s Healthcare Team, focused on private life sciences investing. He is actively involved in identifying investment opportunities and supporting portfolio companies across therapeutic areas, including ophthalmology. He joined NEA in 2023 after spending time as an investment banker at Lazard, advising on biopharmaceutical M&A transactions, including Biogen’s acquisition of Reata, UCB’s acquisition of Zogenix, and Lilly’s acquisition of Prevail. Previously, he spent time conducting solid tumor CAR-T research at Allogene Therapeutics and structural biology research at BMS. Adit graduated summa cum laude from the Roy and Diana Vagelos Program in Life Sciences and Management at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned dual degrees in biology and economics from the Wharton School.
