Throughout her career, she has led or supported more than a dozen successful product launches spanning refractive, glaucoma, retina, and cataract specialties—partnering with both emerging start-ups and established biopharmaceutical companies to bring transformative technologies to market.
Building on this deep launch experience, Bindu founded her consulting practice in 2021 to advise early- to late-stage ophthalmic companies on commercialization strategy, brand architecture, and market development. Known for her ability to bridge clinical vision with commercial execution, she helps entrepreneurs navigate the complex path from concept to market adoption.
