Greg Shearer

Mr. Shearer is a Managing Director of Healthios Capital Markets, a boutique investment banking firm focused specifically on the healthcare industry. He has historically served as a Managing Director within the investment banking groups of several prominent firms, including Kidder Peabody & Co., Bankers Trust Company, Vector Securities International and Jefferies & Company. At these firms, Mr. Shearer provided leadership in over 150 transactions which included mergers and acquisitions, private offerings of equity and debt and public offerings of equity and debt.

He is also a Founder and Principal of Channel Medical Partners, a late stage venture investor in medical technology, where he continues to serve as a director of various of that firm’s portfolio companies. Mr. Shearer has a BA from Centre College and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago.
