Prior to joining HCW, Mr. Dayal was advising and investing in early stage technology startups. Prior to that, Mr. Dayal was a Senior Research Analyst at Rodman & Renshaw for seven years where he focused on covering small and mid-cap companies in verticals including TMT (Technology Media Telecom), Clean Tech, Industrials and Consumer.
