HOW TO LOG IN TO THE APP!
Option 1
Open the email entitled “There’s an app for OIS@ASCRS!”
Click the green button “Download the App” – this will take you to the app store.
Open the email in your inbox again. Tap Verify Account.
Tap Open APP. You are now logged into the APP and have access to all icons.

Option 2
Go to the APP store and search for “OIS Events”
Download the OIS Events APP
Click the event “OIS@ASCRS 2017”
Access the login page by clicking any of the icons.
You’ll be prompted to enter your first and last name.
An email containing your 4 digit verification code will be sent to your inbox. Return to the APP and enter the code.

CONNECT WITH OTHER ATTENDEES!
Messages
Tap the Attendees icon.
Find the person you want to message by either scrolling through the list or using the search bar at the top of the screen.
Tap their name, then the chat icon to start writing your message.
If you want to pick up a chat you previously started, tap the main menu icon in the top left, then My Messages.

Schedule Meetings
Tap the main menu icon in the top left, then My Schedule.
In the top right corner of the My Schedule click the plus sign.
Give your appointment a name, a start and end time, and some invitees. When you’re finished, tap Done.
Invitations will be immediately sent to all relevant attendees.
To see if an attendee has accepted your meeting, go to My Schedule again. Click on the meeting. Click on invitees name. If you see a green check-mark next to the attendees name, they have accepted it. If a question mark is shown, they have yet to respond. If a red X is shown next to the persons name, the attendee declined your meeting request.
