Biography
Dr. Bill Maughan is a seasoned equity research leader with deep expertise in biotechnology, oncology, ophthalmology, and genetic medicine. He earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology from the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences and holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Fordham University.
Prior to his current role at Clear Street—where he serves as Managing Director and Senior Equity Analyst covering healthcare and biotechnology—Dr. Maughan worked as a Senior Biotechnology Analyst at Canaccord Genuity, focused primarily on solid tumor oncology.
