Burton Tripathi, PhD

Burton has over 15 years of experience developing and marketing innovative medical device technology. Currently responsible for managing all aspects of Product Development, Engineering, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at TrueVision Systems®, including product ideation, hardware and software development, digital imaging, clinical applications, and the strategic vision for the product portfolio, Burton and his team at TrueVision Systems are changing the face of microsurgery.
As senior manager at Allergan (Inamed), Burton managed an $8 million direct-to-consumer advertising campaign. Previously, he was the product manager for robotic surgical systems at Intuitive Surgical. Additionally, Burton worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., focusing on technology, life sciences, and corporate finance.
Dr. Tripathi received his Doctorate from Caltech in Mechanical Engineering and his BS from Cornell University.
