Daphne Haim-Langford, PhD

Dr. Haim-Langford has over 20 years of experience in the biomedical industry, as an investor, entrepreneur and executive. She served as VP business development in Xenia venture capital, where she managed the life sciences practice & served as board member at portfolio companies. Dr. Haim-Langford co-founded and served as Chairperson of Eximore, a company developing ophthalmic drug delivery platform and a board member at Keepmed Medical, a company developing new medical device. Before joining Xenia, Dr. Haim-Langford was VP Business Development at Medingo, a company that was acquired by Roche for $200M. She co-founded the Israeli Biomimicry Organization, a non-profit organization aimed to increase awareness to the biomimicry discipline and drive inspiration by nature as a source for biomedical innovations. Dr. Haim Langford holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the Technion, the Israeli Institute of Technology.
