Dave LeCause

Dave LeCause is a highly respected biopharmaceutical executive with extensive leadership experience across all areas of commercialization and multiple therapeutic categories, technologies and business models. He currently serves as a board member and strategic advisor for both established and emerging companies across ophthalmic pharmaceuticals, biotech, drug delivery and healthcare devices.

With over 30 years in Eye Care, Dave has personally led commercial strategy, launch planning and in-market execution for pre-clinical assets, BD acquired technology and billion-dollar brands. He has also led M&A and integration activity for multiple eye care companies/brands at all stages of development.

Dave is the former Vice President of the Allergan Eye Care Business Unit where he ran a fully integrated commercial organization responsible for sustained growth of a diverse portfolio of leading ophthalmic brands across Retina, Dry Eye, Glaucoma and Consumer/OTC.

Additionally, Dave has served in various executive roles at AbbVie/Allergan Eye Care such as Vice President, General Manager Eye Care Anterior Segment, Vice President Eye Care Sales & Marketing and Vice President Sales.

Dave is a long-standing member of the Board of Trustees for Hellen Keller International, Prevent Blindness and Orange County Business Council.
