Dawn Koffler

Dawn Koffler is the Chief Business Officer at Osanni Bio, where she leads corporate strategy and business operations. She brings more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience across both large pharmaceutical companies and emerging biotech organizations.
Prior to joining Osanni, Dawn served as Vice President of Marketing and Operations at Oyster Point Pharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: OYST; acquired by Viatris in 2023). As Oyster Point’s first commercial hire, she built the early commercial strategy and played a pivotal role in securing the company’s $93M Series B financing and $92M IPO. Dawn helped scale the organization to more than 300 employees and led the successful launch of its first asset, Tyrvaya™, into the multi-billion-dollar dry eye market.
Before Oyster Point, Dawn spent 13 years at Allergan, where she helped grow the Eye Care franchise to over $2 billion in annual revenue across a diverse pharmaceutical, device, and OTC portfolio. She held leadership roles in HCP marketing, consumer marketing, and strategic marketing, and provided commercial direction for more than 10 development-stage and launch-stage assets, including the integration of two key acquisitions.
Dawn began her pharmaceutical career at Johnson & Johnson’s Ortho-McNeil division in field sales and sales operations. She holds a B.S. in Physical Therapy from California State University, Long Beach, and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
