Eric Weinberg

Eric Weinberg – joined RxSight in June 2015 and serves as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to this position, he was a co-Founder of LenSx and served as Chief Commercial Officer from 2008-2010, until the company was acquired by Alcon in 2010. He went on to serve as Vice President of Surgical Development at Alcon LenSx until 2014. He joined Intralase Corp. in 1999 and served as SVP Global Marketing until the company was acquired by AMO (Advanced Medical Optics) in February 2007. In 1993 he joined Chiron Vision and led the company’s refractive surgery division launching LASIK as Global Director of Refractive Surgery until 1999, which was acquired by Bausch & Lomb in October 1997. Mr. Weinberg began his career in medical device at Steinway Instruments in 1980 where he was involved in the development and commercialization of multiple refractive surgery technologies including the microkeratome.
