Jill Saxon, OD, FAAO

Jill Saxon, Senior Director, Professional Strategy, joined Bausch + Lomb in 2014, and is part of the leadership team for U.S. Vision Care. Dr. Saxon is responsible for developing and delivering the company’s training curriculum, maximizing product launches through industry leading professional educational events and programs, and also is responsible for developing and maintaining industry involvement while expanding the team’s professional outreach program with key optometric industry groups. Immediately prior to joining Bausch + Lomb, Dr. Saxon served as an optometrist at Randolph Eyecare Center in Randolph, New Jersey. Earlier in her career, Dr. Saxon worked as an optometrist at the National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) in Bethesda, Maryland as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. At NNMC, she helped change the way in which military members and their families are served by creating a newly renovated clinic that provided critical treatment and services. Dr. Saxon was also the coordinator of the Optometry School Externship program, where she instructed students through the medical center’s clinical program.
