Joseph Koziak

Mr. Koziak has proven leadership skills and extensive experience in all aspects of the medical devices and biotech industries. Following 11 years in corporate law, Mr. Koziak Co-Founded Isotechnika and was responsible for finance, licensing, and marketing functions. He pursued and negotiated private placement financings ($125 million), directed Isotechnika’s IPO, and successfully negotiated over 100 major licensing and joint venture agreements with Roche ($240 million), Ubisoft, Glaxo as well as numerous international relationships. He successfully created and developed a series of diagnostic products, which are currently sold internationally. He has consulted and has been active with numerous start-up companies and academic institutions.
