Marc Abitbol, PhD

DR. MARC ABITBOL is the Chairman and CEO of VISIONIX Ltd., a company he founded in 1994. Prior to founding VISIONIX, Dr. Abitbol gained over 15 years of experience in the electro-optic industry at the Israeli company, ELOP -Electro Optics Industries Ltd., and at the French company, Bertin Technologies. Dr. Abitbol holds a PhD in Physics from the Hebrew University and he is the author of over 30 scientific publications. VISIONIX develops and sells innovative optical elements inspection equipment, based on patented technology, and has been listed on the Neuer Markt stock exchange (VSX) since February 2000.
