Max Wolf is currently the Global Franchise Head for Intraocular Lenses at ALCON. He joined the company in 2012 when he initially lead the DAILIES Contact Lens Franchise and successfully launched world-class innovations such as Dailies® Total1®. Before joining ALCON, Max spent ten years in management positions at Johnson & Johnson. He specialized in successfully turning around business performance across multiple regions, including the US and EMEA. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Max spent seven years in product design and innovation consulting, leading Europe’s largest industrial design team dedicated to Medical Equipment, focusing on break-through innovation in areas such as Diabetes Care and Intensive Care Equipment. His work has been recognized with multiple international awards for innovation excellence, including the Red Dot Award and the Compasso d’Oro. Max holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Design from Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan, Italy, where he specialized in medical equipment and innovation strategy. He also holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University with a dual concentration in business strategy and marketing.
