Michelle Senchyna, PhD

Michelle Senchyna PhD, is currently Executive Director Eye Care at Allergan where she oversees the clinical development of Rx, consumer and device products. Prior to joining Allergan, Michelle worked at both Alcon and Panoptica where she ran both Research and Development programs, with a focus on translational science and biomarker discovery. Michelle started he career as an academic at the University of Waterloo School of Optometry where her main areas of research focus were ocular surface diseases and diagnostics and contact lens biomaterial development.
