Neil Levinson, PhD, MBA

Neil is a Director in Navigant’s Life Sciences practice and has over 15 years experience managing both strategic and tactical projects across EMEA. Neil has worked with a variety of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies across a range of therapy areas. His work has predominantly focused on market opportunity assessment, launch excellence, market access and commercial strategy. Most recently, Neil was Strategy Director at OPEN Health Consulting and previously, Neil was Vice President at Kaiser Associates, a global boutique strategy consulting firm, where he led the European Healthcare Practice. Neil also spent 10 years at IQVIA, where as Senior Principal he led the UK & Ireland Consulting and Services business and was a member of the UK & Ireland Senior Leadership team. Neil has also worked at SHI Consulting in Toronto and in the Healthcare team at PA consulting. Neil holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Imperial College and an MBA from Cass Business School. Neil is currently and honorary lecturer at UCL where he delivers a series of lectures as part of the MSc in Clinical Drug Development.
