Patrick Johnson, PhD

Patrick Johnson heads Allergan’s eyecare business development efforts. He has a PhD in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology and has worked in the eyecare business development group at Allergan since 2010. Prior to Allergan he was the Co-Founder of Chimeros, a drug delivery startup company. From 2000-2005 he was an adjunct professor in the Department of Molecular Biology at the University of California, Santa Barbara where he also conducted macular degeneration research. He has authored over 25 research papers and patents.
