Reenie McCarthy

Reenie McCarthy, a director of Stealth BioTherapeutics Inc. since July 2009, joined Stealth as President in 2015 and became Chief Executive Officer in 2016. Reenie is a 20+ year veteran of the investment team at Morningside, a private venture capital, private equity, and property investment group. She has served as a director for numerous private biotechnology companies developing drugs across a broad spectrum of therapeutic focus areas, including Biovex Group, Inc., DNAtrix, Inc. and InCarda Therapeutics, Inc. Reenie holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.A. in English/Political Science from Bates College.
