Robert Davis

Mr. Robert L. Davis has served as senior vice president, general counsel of Glaukos Corporation since August 2023, after also serving in the same position from June 2015 to June 2020. From April 2008 to May 2015, Mr. Davis served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Targus Group International, Inc., a global designer, manufacturer and distributor of cases and accessories for mobile electronic devices. From March 2003 to April 2008, Mr. Davis served as a senior vice president of corporate development of Meade Instruments Corp. He previously served as Meade’s senior vice president of sales from July 2006 to April 2008, and as a vice president and an assistant general counsel since December 1999. He served as an attorney of O’Melveny & Myers LLP from September 1996 to December 1999 specializing in corporate and securities law. He worked as an attorney of Morrison & Foerster LLP from August 1994 to September 1996 specializing in corporate finance and labor and employment law. He received a BA degree in English and a JD degree from Brigham Young University.
