Sarah Cannon has more than 12 years of ophthalmic industry experience. She joined RVO back in 2013 and has successfully launch the Raindrop Near Vision Inlay globally and most recently in the US with FDA approval in June of 2016. She developed and executed all brand strategy and positioning for both the professional and patient markets to drive brand growth in the premium segment.
Prior to working for RVO, she spent most her career at Alcon Labs in both the pharmaceutical and surgical divisions. After earning the prestigious Alcon President’s Club award during her tenure in sales, she was promoted into surgical marketing group primarily in the premium intraocular lens business segment. Through these capacities, she gained extensive product and direct-to-consumer experience and focused on both the ophthalmic and optometric markets.
Ms. Cannon received her B.S. from Texas A&M University and earned her M.B.A. from Texas Christian University.
