Shawn O’Neil

Shawn O’Neil is an ophthalmic industry veteran who currently is the Chief Executive Officer at ViaLase, Inc. Shawn has spent more than 30 years in both ophthalmology and optometry as an operator and a commercial leader in both large cap strategic organizations as well as start-up organizations.

During his tenure, he has been responsible for developing teams and strategies to improve patient care through novel and disruptive technologies addressing large unmet needs in markets like Ocular Surface Disease, Cataracts and Glaucoma.
