Steve Speares

In April Steve Speares became the executive director of ASCRS. Prior to that, he spent 27 years working on the industry side of ophthalmology with Grieshaber, Alcon, and Glaukos. He held a number of positions with these organizations ranging from sales, training, marketing and executive management. He has worked with ophthalmologists in 6 continents and logged over 7 million miles working in 53 countries.
