Tieuvi Nguyen, PhD

Dr. Nguyen holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and is the chief of the intraocular and corneal implants branch in the Office of Device Evaluation at CDRH. In her current role at FDA, she provides technical and regulatory oversight of premarket applications for ophthalmic devices. Prior to joining FDA, she held various positions in the pharmaceutical, investment research, private equity and management consulting industries.
