Biography
Tracy Valorie has been the Sr. Vice President, General Manager of the US Pharmaceutical Business at Bausch +Lomb since August 2013, and took over responsibility for the US Surgical Business at the beginning of 2017. Prior to joining B+L, Tracy was Pfizer’s Commercial Lead of Ophthalmology where she had Global responsibility for the Ophthalmology Brands as well as responsibility for commercial development of the mid-stage portfolio, and long-range strategic planning. In her previous role at Pfizer and now at B+L, she is responsible for collaborating with enterprising companies and evaluating novel technologies for potential partnerships. Her 25+ year career in the pharmaceutical industry has included roles in discovery science, clinical development, early commercial assessment, marketing and strategic planning. Ms. Valorie is currently a board member of OWL, Advancing Diversity in Leadership. OWL’s vision is to promote and develop diverse leadership to advance Ophthalmic Innovation and Patient Care. She and has previously held board membership seats at The Glaucoma Foundation and the ARVO Foundation for Eye Research. Tracy holds a MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Molecular Biology from the University of Connecticut.
